Recommended for a group retreat
We had a decent time at the three-bedroom house, mostly because it was right next to the race course which kept things lively. Plus, the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to make a solid breakfast before the day got rolling.
It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Spacious three-bedroom layout, perfect for families or groups. Quiet surroundings allow for a peaceful getaway, with easy access to nearby attractions for a fun-filled vacation.
No WiFi in the caravan can be a drag, only available in public areas. Basic essentials like soap, towels, and toilet rolls were missing, which made for some uncomfortable moments. The kitchen lacked adequate utensils and the oven didn't work, leaving us improvising with meals. The fridge and freezer were iced up, leaving little room to store food. We found ourselves without clear information on how to handle issues like the hot water boiler, which needed to be turned on, a bit frustrating during our stay.

Had a fab time with my friends! The proximity to the beach is the highlight 🌊. Just a heads up, bring your own soap and towels—no hot water until you switch on the boiler!

The hearty local fish and chips near the beach were spot on, along with a cracking café serving homemade pastries that I can't stop raving about! The property itself was spacious and a short stroll from all the buzz of the entertainment hub.
The lack of basics, like washing up liquid and towels, left us in a bit of a pickle! We had to wash up in cold water since the hot water boiler was off—definitely an oops moment but we made it work in the end.

Had a great time with friends! Loved visiting the nearby beach and amusement park. The caravan was cozy and perfect for our group. It’s also close to the racecourse, which was a nice bonus. Just keep in mind that some basics like soap and towels weren't provided, so it's good to bring your own.
We ran into a bit of trouble when we noticed there was no soap or towels in the caravan. We ended up having to wash in cold water because the hot water boiler needed to be switched on, which wasn't clear at first.

Just a solid selection for a transient stop in Caister-on-Sea with good price-quality ratio. The caravan had some issues, but the staff responsive to requests made the experience better. Bring your own essentials to avoid any inconveniences.
